What is your Return Policy?

Requests for returns and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days. All refused orders will be subject to a 25% delivery and/or restocking fee. Minimum reorder is $150.00.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery on most items. All items are subject to availability. Prices subject to change without notice. Terms are accepted only as pre-paid, COD, American Express, Discover / VISA / Mastercard or 30 days net with approved credit. All shipments are F.O.B. Escondido, California, and will be sent freight unless previous arrangements are made. Claims must be reported to carrier immediately.
